Christopher Hollick is completely self taught and has made his living as a professional watercolour artist since 1978, basing his work on good composition, design and a limited palette. For many years he has given demonstrations and workshops for local art groups and still thoroughly enjoys passing on his various techniques and skills. He has had work displayed in the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition, Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour and the Royal Society of British Artists.
Chris will be tutoring our weekly Wednesday Watercolour sessions again in 2012. He will also run a two-day 'Watercolour - Coast and Country' course on Tuesday and Wednesday the 3rd/4th July. |
