Michael Chaplin is a member of the Royal Watercolour Society arid a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
He is regarded as one of Britain's leading watercolour painters and his work is represented in public and private collections worldwide including: Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Their Royal Highnesses Prince and Princess Michael of Kent and Ex King Constantine of the Hellenes.
Michael appeared regularly as 'artist in residence' for the popular Channel Four production of 'Watercolour Challenge' and his book Mike Chaplin's 'Expressive Watercolours' was published by Collins in 2001. His new DVD 'The Challenge of Watercolour' was released in October 2008. |
